Periods booklet for First Nations women

This booklet contains plain language and culturally appropriate information about periods for Aboriginal women and girls.

This resource was developed in partnership between Jean Hailes and Alukura Women’s Health Service on behalf of Central Australian Aboriginal Congress (Congress), on the land of the Central Arrernte people. It is also available in the Central Arrernte language.
