Mariela is an APRHA registered Psychologist who has a strong passion for providing warm and person-centered care.
Since returning to Australia, Mariela has continued to develop her practice in mental and women's health. With a particular interest in supporting women across various stages of the lifespan including but not limited to infertility, motherhood, and menopause.
Holding such empathy and understanding for the need for equitable health care for women, a migrant herself, Mariela holds a strong understanding for women from all multicultural backgrounds to have access to comprehensive and equitable health care and support. Mariela encompasses this understanding and delivers care creating a safe and nurturing space for those seeking support with an incredibly high skill set in interpersonal therapy as a psychodynamic approach.
