6. All events must be genuine and promote Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week.

7. The Event Host is responsible for all event costs and agrees to indemnify Jean Hailes for Women’s Health from any loss, liability, or expense (including legal fees on a solicitor-client basis) arising from their own acts, omissions, or breaches of these terms.

8. The Event Host is responsible for gaining any permits, licences or approval to operate their event activity from relevant local and state authorities.

9. Advertising an event on our social media in no way implies that Jean Hailes for Women’s Health endorses the event or its content.

10. Event Hosts will ensure that any materials or events relating to Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week are not used or run solely for the purpose of promoting personal/business interests, or for monetary gain by the organisers.

11. The Event Host must ensure that the event and all related materials are respectful, inclusive, and comply with all applicable laws and community standards. Content must not be discriminatory, offensive, or harmful to any person or group.

12. By submitting content (including text or photographs) to Jean Hailes, you grant Jean Hailes for Women’s Health a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, publish and reproduce the content in any media (including social media). You warrant that you own the content or have obtained the necessary rights to provide this licence.

13. All Event Hosts will be supplied a Jean Hailes Promotional Kit which can be used by the Event Host/Organisation. Any variations to this artwork must be agreed with Jean Hailes prior to publication.
